Can I hand you the entire project?
Yes — that's what Design & Build is for. Our in-house team or an empanelled design house designs and executes your home turnkey, and we stand behind delivery. Because we're interior designers and executors ourselves, giving us the contract is exactly what we're built for.
What is the empanelled panel?
A small, curated set of vetted interior-design companies plus our own in-house studio — quality over quantity. Every house is checked on portfolio, timelines and real reviews, and mapped to actual local floor plans.
What does the 2-hour consultation include?
A focused session with an expert on your 3D flat: layout options, realistic budget bands, priorities and the best path forward — hand it to us, or run it yourself with our oversight. It's the low-friction way to start.
What if something goes wrong on the build?
It depends on your path. On Design & Build, we're your contractor and accountable for delivery. On Concierge, you contract vendors directly and hold the decisions and payments — we oversee, run quality checks, and step in with documentation and re-matching if needed.
How are you paid?
Simply, and up front: a small Kickstart fee to begin, a project price for Design & Build, or ₹20K for Concierge oversight. Clear pricing, honest on cost — no hidden markups or pushy upsell.
What is the MCP design copilot?
